Kindly note that during peak periods – Chinese New Year, Golden Week, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas – same-day and next-day delivery may be limited or unavailable. We recommend ordering a day or two early to be safe!

Fresh Flowers & Fruit Baskets

  • Our courier will do their best to leave your order in a safe location – front door, reception, or mailroom.
  • If no safe location is available and the recipient is unreachable, the order will be returned to our florist for safekeeping and redelivery will be arranged. A redelivery fee may apply.
  • If redelivery cannot be arranged within 2 days of the scheduled delivery date, a remake fee of up to 50% of the affected items may apply. Fresh flowers and fruit baskets are not eligible for a refund or store credit in such circumstances.

Gift Items

  • Our courier will do their best to leave your parcel in a safe location – front door, reception, parcel locker, or mailroom.
  • If no safe location is available and the recipient is unreachable, our courier will attempt redelivery the following day at no extra cost.
  • If redelivery cannot be arranged within 2 days of the scheduled delivery date, a return handling fee of USD $10 will be deducted from any agreed refund or store credit.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. After that, expect 3 updates:

  1. ETA Confirmation – within 2 days of placing your order
  2. Tracking Link – 1-2 days before your estimated delivery date
  3. Delivery Confirmation – once your order has been successfully delivered
