We deliver to Mainland China only. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world – your recipient just needs to be located within Mainland China.
We cover all provinces in China, including:

Absolutely! Just include a local Chinese phone number at checkout, as we may need to coordinate with your recipient or the school/university upon arrival.
Yes! Please include the recipient's room number and check-out date in the notes section, if possible. We also recommend notifying the recipient in advance, as hotels have different policies for receiving parcels.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After that, look forward to 3 more notifications:
- Estimated delivery arrival (ETA) within 2 days.
- Tracking link 1-2 days before your ETA.
- A final email confirming your order has been successfully delivered.
Note: Orders containing flowers and other perishables do not include a tracking link, as they're handled by our local florist. If you don't see our emails, it may've been sent to your spam folder.
If your recipient is unavailable, our courier will securely place the parcel in a safe location or locker/mailroom. If no safe option is available, we’ll contact them to reschedule delivery for the next day at no extra cost.
Note: Fees may apply if we need to remake flowers.
Never – we never include invoices, receipts, or billing details in the parcel.
All your recipient will see is the gift and your card message.
Your order confirmation comes straight to your email.
Ordering & Payment
Absolutely! You can either place individual orders for each address on our website or contact us for a form to simplify the process.
Note: Delivery costs are calculated by the number of addresses.
Yes! We offer discounts on bulk orders of 10 or more. Contact us with your quantity, selected items, and preferred delivery date, and we'll send you a personalised quote.
Yes! We can guarantee delivery on your specified date.
Note: Factors beyond our control, such as incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, adverse weather conditions, or transportation issues, may cause delays. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend scheduling your delivery date a day earlier whenever possible.
Of course! You can include your special delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout.
For credit card and PayPal payments, we accept USD.
For bank transfers, you can pay in AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, and SGD. The final price will be converted from USD to your local currency based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of your order.
Yes! We accept PayPal, as well as major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can change your order up to 48 hours before the ETA.
For example, if your order is scheduled to arrive on 15 October, you can make changes by the 12th.
Note: No changes can be made once the order is on its way. If you need to change your recipient's delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
You can cancel your order up to 2 days before the ETA. For example, if your order is scheduled to arrive on 15 October, you can cancel it by the 13th.
Note: Cancellations made the day before may incur a fee.
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible on the day of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Fresh flowers and fruit baskets cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once delivered – every arrangement is made fresh to order. If something doesn't look right on arrival, reach out within 24 hours with photos. See our Freshness Guarantee below.
Non-perishable gifts may be returned within 5 days of delivery – unused, unopened, and in original condition. Email info@rengifts.com with your order number and photos.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible. Rest assured, any damaged or missing item will be resolved quickly, which may mean sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Yes! You can exchange an item, provided it's unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
