Same-day and next-day delivery are for flowers and fruit baskets only. Orders after the cutoff may still arrive on your preferred date, but are not guaranteed – if your requested date is unavailable, we'll notify you by email and move your order to the next available date. Any difference in shipping will be refunded.

For orders that include both flowers and a gift, the gift delivery timeline applies.


Delivery Coverage

Over 700 cities across Mainland China – from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, to remote rural areas. All provinces covered.


Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide:

  • Your recipient's address in English or Chinese characters (Chinese preferred),
  • A valid Chinese phone number (+86) – if unavailable, an international or WhatsApp number works too

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

For deliveries to hotels and hospitals, we recommend notifying your recipient in advance and including their room number in your order notes. For offices and residential compounds, please include the company name or building name where possible.


Estimated Delivery

All delivery dates and windows are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, traffic, supplier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We recommend scheduling your delivery a day earlier whenever possible.


Public Holidays & Peak Periods

We deliver 365 days a year, including public holidays. During peak periods – including Chinese New Year, Golden Week, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas – same-day and next-day delivery may be limited or disabled. We recommend ordering early. Cut-off dates will be posted on our website.


If Your Recipient Is Unavailable

Gift Items

  • Our courier will leave the parcel in a safe location – parcel locker, mailroom, or reception – and your recipient will receive an SMS notification.
  • If no safe location is available, our courier will contact your recipient to arrange redelivery. If they can't be reached, we'll attempt delivery again the following day at no extra cost.

Fresh Flowers & Fruit Baskets

  • Our courier will do their best to leave the flowers in a safe location – front door, reception, or mailroom.
  • If no safe location is available, the order will be returned to our florist for safekeeping and we'll arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.
  • If redelivery cannot be arranged within 2 days, a remake fee of up to 50% of the affected items may apply. Non-perishable items will not be subject to a remake fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive 3 updates:

  1. ETA Confirmation – within 2 days of placing your order
  2. Tracking Link – 1-2 days before your estimated delivery date
  3. Delivery Confirmation – once your order has been successfully delivered

Fresh flower and fruit basket orders do not include a tracking link, as they are hand-delivered via a dedicated door-to-door delivery service. If you don't see our emails, please check your spam folder.


Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or amend your order free of charge up to 72 hours before delivery.
  • After this time, we may still be able to make changes to your order – such as delivery date, address, or card message – but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Additional charges may apply where a requested change results in increased delivery costs, or requires the order to be remade, repackaged, or otherwise incurs additional expenses.
  • Once your order is being prepared or has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Cancellations at this stage may incur a charge.
  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and its packaging. Photographs must clearly show the item and its packaging and must be taken at or immediately after delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, remake, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
