Yes! You can schedule your gift delivery anytime from 5 business days up to one year in advance.

For fresh flowers, fruit baskets, and plants, deliveries can be scheduled at least 2 days ahead (weekends included).

To schedule a delivery date, simply choose the Scheduled Delivery option in the cart.

We never include invoices, receipts, or billing details in your parcel. Instead, you'll receive a confirmation email right after you place your order.

If your recipient is unavailable, our courier will place the parcel in a safe location or a secure locker/mailroom. If no safe option is available, our courier will contact the recipient to reschedule the delivery.

Note: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please ensure your recipient is available on the selected delivery date. Fees may apply if we need to remake the flowers.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After that, look forward to 3 more notifications:

  1. Estimated delivery arrival (ETA) within 2 days.
  2. Tracking link 1-2 days before your ETA.
  3. A final email confirming your order has been successfully delivered!

Absolutely! Just email or WhatsApp us a picture, along with the recipient’s address and your preferred delivery date. We’ll provide a quote, and you can pay securely through our website.
