If you’d like to return an item, email us at info@rengifts.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Any relevant photos.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised Items.
  • E-Gift Cards.
  • Final Sale Items.

Refunds are only offered for these items if they are defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind.


Return Shipping & Processing

  • Return shipping is covered by Rén Gifts, and we can arrange a courier for your convenience.
  • If the return collection address differs from the original delivery address, let us know when arranging the return.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@rengifts.com. We’ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering a refund at no extra cost to you.


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above.
  2. Specify the replacement item you’d like.

The replacement will be shipped as soon as the returned item has been received and processed. Note that delivery costs for the replacement may apply.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout is accurate. Rén Gifts is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
